Dashpot provides software tools for construction companies. Our services include:

• Material request and tracking tools

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

Payment Terms

During our beta period, the service is provided free of charge to founding customers. When we introduce paid plans:

• Pricing will be clearly communicated in advance
• No long-term contracts required
• You may cancel at any time
• Early adopter discounts will be honored

Data and Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data and may request its export or deletion at any time.

Limitation of Liability

Dashpot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada.
